To ensure your site goes live on time, and is built to the highest standards, we have developed a simple step-by-step guide to the process of creating your site. This isn’t set in stone, but it gives a good overview of what will go on if you choose to purchase a package with us.
We will set up an inital meeting with you to discuss your requirements – do you need email addresses? photography? how many pages do you need? All this can be discussed with helpful advice and assistance.
The next step is to review your requirements and give you a final quote. We will outline exactly what features are included in the price and also give you an overview of what resources (photos / text content / video) are required from you.
We then ask that we take a deposit of 50% of the quote price. Work now starts!
After we have designed a first draft of the visual layout of the site, we will present it to you and gladly take your feedback. We will work with you until you are satisfied with the design of your site. Upon approval, we continue to the next step…
We will then construct your site from the concept, and connect it to our content management system.
If you have chosen to manage the site yourself, you will then be asked to edit your site and upload your content. This needs to be done before final testing and the site going live.
Last but not least, we will have a look over the site and test with a number of different configurations of web-browser and operating system. This ensures that your site always displays the way you intended it to on a wide range of devices.
